About the Role
Own the entire Jordan operation. Acquire direct managed-services clients, run BPO workflows, coordinate global service networks, and build the team beneath you. Full access to AI-powered operations tools, real-time dashboards, and autonomous systems. This is a founder-adjacent role — you run the business while the founder builds the product. 90-day target: sign 3 direct clients.
Requirements
- Proven ability to close B2B deals or manage commercial accounts
- Operations management experience — logistics, BPO, or managed services
- Fluent English and Arabic
- Comfort with AI tools and automation — training provided, but you must be tech-forward
- Leadership experience — you will hire and manage coordinators, analysts, and specialists
- High agency — you solve problems, you do not escalate them
