Operator — Aqaba (English Outbound)
STEADYWRK is hiring our first 20 Operators in Aqaba. The work is outbound coordination for international managed-services clients — presenting assignments, negotiating terms, following each engagement through to completion. With AI tools we built in-house. 500 JOD/month + performance bonuses. Industry certifications from our global partners. 4 PM – 1 AM, five days a week. Open to 18+. Remote during training. Aqaba relocation later with accommodation and equipment provided.

Own the entire Jordan operation. Acquire direct managed-services clients, run BPO workflows, coordinate global service networks, and build the team beneath you. Full access to AI-powered operations tools, real-time dashboards, and autonomous systems. This is a founder-adjacent role — you run the business while the founder builds the product. 90-day target: sign 3 direct clients.

Design and implement AI agent systems, LLM integrations, and autonomous workflows from the STEADYWRK AI Lab in Aqaba. You will build the intelligence layer that powers our global operations and research programs.
