Configure, monitor, and optimize the AI systems that power STEADYWRK operations — voice AI, automated scheduling, monitoring bots, content pipelines, and analytics. You bridge engineering and operations, ensuring AI tools deliver measurable outcomes. The systems you optimize reduce cost-per-operation directly.
Requirements
- Technical aptitude — you understand APIs, dashboards, and automation without needing to code everything
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms like n8n or Zapier)
- Analytical mindset — measure everything, optimize on data
- Fluent English
- Bonus: experience in BPO operations or managed services
